Hello, No experience needed. Saturdays only, ideal first job for any age teen. We are landlords with seven suites looking for a helper. Wife and I are getting too old to do all this alone. Need someone to refill the paint tray and hand up tools. Super simple stuff. Showing up on time is 1/2 the job. We like starting early on Saturday morning like 9am. Mom's with kids with no father figure or a dad who just isn't handy, this is an ideal way for your kid to get some experience pounding nails and painting rooms on the weekends. We teach them what the life of a contractor or landlord looks like. We pay cash same day.
