Need to re home chickens/ducks

I am moving and need to find a home for my 4 chickens and 2 ducks. I’ve had three of the chickens for 3 years and the ducks and one chicken since spring. All the chickens are female and do lay. Free to good home or any one who knows a rescue center that can help would be appreciated.
