We are looking for a couple people to help with setting up our booth at the upcoming gift show in Ocean City Md. as well as dismantling the booth at the end of the show. See dates and times below. We may also want one smiling person to be in the booth to help with greeting customers and order taking. Looking for someone with a POSITIVE attitude who has reliable transportation and easy going personality. Duties on the first day will include... Stacking product and display materials on our dollys from our vehicle and bringing it into the fair. (Most items under 25lbs) Removing product carefully from the boxes and setting up the booth per our instructions. Anything else that we need to be done. You may need to be on a small step ladder to help. We will provide all that is needed. Returning boxes to the vehicle when finished. The final day when the show is over we will need to carefully dismantle the booth, place product in boxes as the were taken out, When everything is packed completely need to bring it to the vehicle and put everything back. For set up and tear down of the booth wear comfortable clothes and shoes. We ask the following with ALL applicants...a resume OR a basic description of your work ethic and attitude. A recent photo..because you may be chosen to help during the fair and you will be representing our company. Your phone number and email address so we can contact you. Hours for set up and dismantle will be approx. Saturday October 30 From 9am 5pm (Approx.) Wednesday November 3 from 2:30 until finished....probably between 8 and 9 pm important...YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE AND ON TIME FOR BOTH SET UP AND TEAR DOWN DAYS. There is a possibility we may need one person to also help October 31 for set up for a few hours as well. For the show we will also need a person to attend the show on the first day which is Monday November 1 from 9-5 Also possibly the last day (Friday the 15th) From 11- finished dismantling. Any questions please feel free to ask. We have been in business over 20 years and sell fun things like lifesize sea life replicas, large mermaid decor, pirate stuff, and coastal decor. Pay will be by business check or Venmo when everything is packed up completely and in our vehicle after the fair.
