2 foot smooth front caiman and enclosure

I have a 2 foot caiman with enclosure. I’ve had him for almost 2 years. He eats fish, mice, shrimp pretty much anything that he can fit in his mouth. There is also a small softshell turtle with him. The enclosure is a water land tub 65 gallon tub. It’s 6’ x 3’ x 2’. $1200 Thanks.
