We are looking for a reliable Handyman to do basic repair tasks for the interior and exterior of our apartment buildings. We’ll rely on you to keep our facilities in perfect condition by doing various odd jobs. Wanted for Immediate Hire $27.00 per hour starting salary Responsibilities include performing maintenance and light repairs such as: Drywall repair and interior painting Mounting and hanging artwork, mirrors, TV's, etc. Moving furniture Furniture assembly Light elecrical work, troubleshooting, install light fixtures, change bulbs, etc. Basic carpentry, repair or build decks, exterior trim, put together flat pack cabinets Interior caulking Weatherproofing Install or replace toilet and sinks Drain repairs, leaks and clogs Install or fix garbage disposal Repair equipment or appliances Assist tradespeople with electrical, plumbing or HVAC repairs Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks Identify and report the need for major repairs Please Text Braden for Interview
