Help with move of storage unit from Long Beach to LA on October 25

We will be moving the contents of a 10x15 storage unit on Atlantic Ave to Lincoln Heights. Job will take about 4 hours. We will start at 10 a.m. on Atlantic Ave. If you have a truck please let me know, and you will be compensated for its use. Otherwise we will use a Uhaul. Please tell me enough about yourself so that I can understand that you are hard working and reliable.
