NFI Forklift Operator FULL-TIME $17.75/hr, plus $500 new hire bonus 24385 Nandina Ave., Moreno Valley, CA 92551 The Forklift Operator is responsible for operating material handling equipment for the purpose of moving, locating, relocating, stacking, and counting merchandise in a distribution environment. The Operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the forklift and may also be required to perform order filler or order checker duties in addition to his or her own. Essential duties & responsibilities:  Unloading inbound shipments safely and moves products to storage locations  Stacking and storing merchandise in designated areas using a forklift, clamp, push-pull, or other powered equipment  Pulling and preparing products for shipment  Ensuring that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped  Performing picking duties in an efficient manner meeting customer service standards  Moving product from staging and/or storage areas into trailers  Operating all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods  Maintaining appropriate records and reports to guarantee inventory control and security  Assisting in physical inventories  Ensuring proper stock rotation  Conducting cycle counts as requested Schedule - Shift start: 5:00AM - Shift length: 10 hours - Days: 4 days/week Benefits - Health, dental, vision insurance available after 60 days - Paid time off - 401k Requirements - Must have Excel knowledge plus general computer knowledge. - Must be at least 18+ years old - Must pass drug screen - Must pass background check - Can lift 50 lbs Bonus $500 new hire incentive This bonus will be paid out in two separate installments (day 30 and day 90) About NFI NFI is a leading international third party logistics provider with customers ranging from Fortune 100 companies to small businesses.
