This is a 2 part series Part 1: November 5th 9AM - 12PM Part 2: November 12th 9AM - 12PM A Little About Your Instructor: Alivia Roberts In 2006, after her father passed away Alivia decided to move from Houston Texas to her home state of Louisiana to be closer to family. At this time Alivia managed a Kids R Kids franchise. Alivia started with Kids R Kids in 2002 and quickly moved from a part time admin role to a manager role. At 22, Alivia managed 14+ employees and by age 24 had 30+ employees and ran the day to day operations at Kids R Kids with the managing title of assistant director. Once back in Louisiana Alivia joined her 2 brothers in the real estate business. In 2007, she was one of the core group to start the Keller Williams Parishwide Partners in Monroe, La. Alivia's business grew and she discovered her joy for teaching and empowering others growth. In 2011 Alivia and her brother, Avery Roberts decided to band together and grow the business, by 2012; they hit 130 closings, 2013; 133 closings, and in 2014; 167 transactions.
