Hello I am looking for a handy person who can do some work around my house as I am trying to sell. I have several small jobs like: 1. Painting walls, touch ups and or baseboards 2. Drywall repair 3. Door replacement 4. Repairing vinyl flooring (some places are unfinished) 5. adding quarter round to baseboards More detailed things that I am considering doing are: 1. Adding crown molding to a few rooms 2. Replacing floor tile in bathroom 3. Adding tile to bathroom tub 4. Replacing tub 5. Replacing bathroom vanity Please respond letting me know your pricing, availability and what things from the list you can do.
