Signal 13 Thanksgiving Fundraiser at The Bygone Enjoy a live DJ, cigars, passed appetizers, cocktails, and panoramic Inner Harbor views at Bygone, located on the 29th floor of the Four Seasons Hotel. Proceeds of this event will go towards purchasing Thanksgiving turkeys for ALL Baltimore City police officers. Corporate sponsorship opportunities are available for $2500.
