The Lifestyle Technique, LLC has teamed up with Space Three Studio for a 30 Days of Gratitude Challenge starting November 1st.
This is the perfect way to develop a self-care habit each day for the month of November.
Here’s how it will work!!
Each day in November, you will receive an email that will have a daily Gratitude Journal prompt. You can take your journal and light your candle if you would like then take 5-30 minutes on this Gratitude Practice each day.
By performing this Gratitude Practice each day, will welcome positivity into your life.
The cost is $50 which will include:
A beautiful journal
An Autumn Willow Candles (locally made soy candle)
Daily journal prompts sent via email
