We don't really know how old Jasper is but he lived outside for at least 8-10 years that we know of. He was rescued from a colony of cats when the woman feeding was forbidden to feed by order of the manager of the property. We are a 501c3 rescue group trying to find the loving and caring home Jasper deserves. He will likely be quite timid at first but if you give him the time to adjust and he feels safe and cared for, you will have a friend for life. He's really very sweet and affectionate but because he lives in a cage it's hard to get a good sense of how he'll be but, when I feed him, he comes to the front and cage and I cradle him while leaning into the cage and he's in heaven. Jasper has lived a very rough life in an area where there were no shelters and during the worst of winter storms he'd be out there hoping someone was coming with food.
