Date: Saturday, November 6th Time: 9:00am MT Meeting Location: Mount Falcon Park EAST Trailhead at 3852 Vine St, Morrison, CO 80465 This is hike is for readers, followers, friends, and fans of "Money Honey" Rachel Richards, the author and financial expert. This is your chance to meet and hang out with Rachel and other like-minded money and real estate nerds :) We will be doing Turkey Trot Trail, a beginner-friendly hike at Mount Falcon Park. This is a 3.0-mile, 793-ft elevation gain hike rated "moderate" in AllTrails. We will meet at the trailhead promptly at 9am, and the hike will begin at 9:10am. This hike will be led by Rachel Richards and her husband, Andrew. We are in no rush! We like to take things slow, so that everyone can talk and enjoy themselves. If you're not a fast hiker, don't worry, please come :) Weather and temperature are always hard to predict, but we will likely wear leggings or hiking pants, a shirt, and at least one layer like a Columbia fleece zip-up or hoodie. It could end up being a warm day but it's always better to have layers in case you need them. We will wear our hiking boots, hats, and sunglasses. The hike is only partially in the shade so we will put sunscreen on too. Bring your own water and snacks! Always remember to bring more water than you think you need. Even if it's only 3 miles, bring yourself a snack too. We recommend downloading the free AllTrails app and looking up "Turkey Trot Trail" for more information about the hike itself.
