I need a handyman for work at a multi-family house in the Williambridge section of the Bronx. (E Gunhill Rd & Bronxwood Ave.) Tasks include: 1. Scrape and repaint area on the ceiling. I have the paint but you will need to get everything else. (pan, brush, roller, etc.) 2. Tighten 2 door knobs 3. Buy and change toilet assembly 4. Ceiling fan cord came out. The tenant has the cord. Repair or replace 5. Change the radiator air vent valve in a small confined area. I have the replacement valve but the old valve is on extremely tight. 6. Buy and replace 2 lights Pictured light bulbs in the basement 7. Broken French door glass. Broken piece is there. Either repair, remove or cover area. Open to suggestions. There is a hardware store 10 blocks away or a home depot 2 miles away on E Gunhill Rd. 8 minutes by car. I will reimburse you for all materials you buy for this job provided you supply a paper receipt.
