HERE ARE YOUR TRAINERS: Dr. Michael Kirchner is an Assistant Professor of Organizational Leadership at Purdue University Fort Wayne and Founder of Time for Development LLC. Kirchner earned his Ph.D. with an emphasis on human resource development from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and has spent the last ten years as both a practitioner and researcher supporting employee career transitions. He provides frequent consultation to organizations seeking to improve their employee onboarding, training, and retention. Jennifer Hunter is the Co-founder of Gensyn Design, which she recently started after transitioning from a long career at Purdue University Fort Wayne. Whether teaching classes in the Department of Organizational Leadership, providing corporate training, or facilitating a design event, Jennifer’s focus is on creating an inclusive, engaging, and collaborative experience that leads to meaningful outcomes. Jennifer is a Strategic Doer, who for over 20 years, has worked to guide change efforts and serve as a catalyst to introduce and explore new ideas, possibilities, and connections. She has a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Michigan State University.
