Missing family... This is a long shot, but I'm going to give it a try. Looking for a female with the last name of Sheppard. Would have lived in Southwest Philadelphia many years ago. She would be in or about her 40's now... If the right person sees this, please contact me. I don't remember the first name but I know the street and the hundred block that you lived on. If you can give me that information, such as the 700 block of S. Cecil Street, for example, then I'll know that I reached the right person. Note: That's not the street that I'm looking for.
