Description

Yoga first, then wine. Grab your gal pals and enjoy this detox/ retox night. Must be at least 21 years old. You need some wine and yoga in your life, lucky for you we have both! Come for a night starting with an all levels yoga practice followed by a wine tasting led by a knowledgeable wine steward from Premiere Wines. Snacks will be included, Uber and/or DDs suggested. BYO Mat. This event will deliver a healthy balance of wine, yoga and friends. $30 in advance or $35 at the door. Trinity Yoga promotes wellness of body, mind and spirit in a relaxed environment at an affordable price.  Practices are described as “all level” meaning that anyone is welcome to come and participate.  The goal is to make a difference in the lives of participants by modeling strong living, clean eating and healthy habits.
