Hi run a successful events business and do about 60 events a year. I am looking for individuals that can provide event support for a company party of about 200 people being held midtown east on Tuesday November 2. The hours will be from 5pm to around 8pm. Duties including helping guests enter (i.e. check their RSVP ticket), make sure caterer can setup at the right tables, guests can find where bathroom is, direct guests towards main hall, help with simple A/V stuff like playing or turning off the music etc. One person will stay by me most of the event and communicate with others on my behalf, so that I can focus on guests You may be asked to wear a company tshirt / hoodie or cap (if the shipment arrives in time), otherwise casual professional attire is fine. Pay is $20/hr cash via Venmo at 8pm. You must have proof of vaccination. Females will be preferred. There is no cleaning or need to serve food.
