One-on-one sessions and small group classes. Pad work, speed bag, double end bag, correct technique and footwork, defense and strategy, etc. BJJ students can learn and practice techniques with the trainer or a grappling dummy for a non-contact workout. Over 30 years experience, open to all ages and levels. We also specialize in general fitness, calisthenics and weight training. Flexible schedule and rates to suit your needs, you can also have a trainer come to you if you would be more comfortable with that. From the owner, our head boxing, kickboxing and BJJ instructor: I am a personal trainer with over 30 years of teaching boxing and kickboxing to all kinds of people, from kids to seniors, couch potatoes to pro athletes. The fighting arts can get you and keep you in the best shape of your life, because it's intense, engaging, and never boring. I have been teaching boxing and kickboxing for over three decades so I have far more experience than most trainers. I know how to tailor the workout to your individual fitness level, goals, and needs. I will intuitively find what motivates you, so you can achieve results you never thought were possible and maintain them for life. I am living proof that you can be strong, lean and fit at any age. And of course, your health and safety is always my top priority. Years ago before boxing and kickboxing became "trendy", I was already teaching boxing for fitness and self defense since the late 80's.
