Runners have been fundraising $2500 each for the benefit of the Food Dreams Foundation and we are planning on celebrating, having discussions around the foundation, food, and dreams! *Menu: 1st Course : Truffle Pizza & Mozzarella Pizza 2nd Course : Organic Tuscan Kale Salad, Crispy Salmon Sushi,Avocado & Snow Pea Lettuce Cups , Crispy Squid 3rd Course : Cheese Ravioli with Tomato Sauce and Basil , Fresh Tagliatelle, Caramelized Brussels Sprouts, Basil- Pistachio Pesto Rigatoni Pasta, Pork and Veal Meatballs, Smoked Chili Tomato Ragu Fusilli with Lemon Cream and Mushrooms 4th Course Selection of Desserts (Wines & soft beverages included) *Menu subject to seasonal offerings Food Dreams Foundation Food Dreams, A Jean-Georges Foundation is a non-profit foundation 501(c) 3 based in New York City dedicated to bridging the gap between unprivileged students and the working culinary community. We're passionate about helping students fulfill their dreams of becoming a chef though education that we are comitted to help financially. A truly holistic program starting from a scholarship opportunity in some of finest culinary institution in America to an individual mentorship along with hands on career opportunity upon graduation. Engaging with Food Dreams program does not only mean a monetary support to students in financial need but also an ongoing relationship with the foundation and a commitment to open the door for them to master their skills in the kitchen and showcase them in some of very exciting culinary events around the world.
