I am a local mobile home investor/flipper, and I’m looking for a handyman/contractor and/or a small crew for mobile homes I can build a relationship with for recurring work. I invest in Conway, Loris, Longs, Myrtle Beach, and beyond. Knows how to do subflooring, walls/Sheetrock, fix leaks/water damage, clean outs/gut outs, electrical and plumbing a big bonus. anything and everything related to mobile home repairs. I’m looking SPECIFICALLY for someone who has experience with mobile homes specifically. Sorry if your only a general contractor who hasn’t a portfolio of mobile home-specific work, please do not call. Mobile home specific with mobile home specific experience under their belt.
