In an inspiring meeting, Afghan refugee and human rights activist Crystal Bayat and Syrian refugee and Olympic swimmer Yusra Mardini, who were born in the Middle East and have been fighting their entire lives to be seen and treated as equals, will share their firsthand experiences and discuss the significance of the refugee crisis in our modern era, the value of education for women, and the importance of advocacy even against the highest odds.
