"A Walk in Their Boots" is a multi- era living history event celebrating the American Soldier from the Revolutionary War to the Present A Walk in Their Boots is hosting its 10th annual All-Era Military Timeline. This tribute to the American soldier takes place Veterans Day weekend Saturday and Sunday, November 6th and 7th at Tipton Haynes State Historic Site, Johnson City, TN. The event runs from 9 am to 4 pm daily, is free to attend, and features battle re-enactments, weapons demos, military vehicles, a lecture series and more. There will be opportunities to visit displays and interact with living historians portraying “Soldiers in the Field” with representations from Revolutionary War to Modern Day.
