Zumba instructor, Dala Sondors, is a proud Ventura County resident and was a longtime instructor at LA Fitness and now teaches at the Naval Base. Upon arrival: Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to check-in Check is at the gated entrance near the flagpole Bathrooms will be open and available Bring a hat, sunscreen, water and comfortable shoesOPAC follows all COVID-19 Safety Guidelines. Masks are currently not required in outdoor settings. Masks, hand sanitizer and temperature checks will be available.
