Job Details: This is a part-time position; hours will vary from week to week. The pay for this position is $10.00 per hour.
Primary Roles: Greet and scan eventbrite tickets, Provide exceptional customer service that will exceed guest expectations, Ensure the exhibits are always clean and safe, Represent the exhibit and its values
Responsibilities: Greet every guest with a smile, make eye contact and have a positive and approachable attitude, Engage and interact with exhibit guests and seek opportunities to improve/enhance guest experience, Be enthusiastic about interacting and helping guests with requests or concerns, Take initiative to solve and resolve situations on own
Cleanliness and Safety: Ensure cleanliness of the Brick exhibits by making “laps” around the building—tidying up anything that comes out of order, Ensure visitor safety, Monitor guest activity to make sure guests are adhering to the rules, Monitor guest activity to make sure all children are supervised, Perform opening and closing tasks to ensure the brick exhibit is guest ready
