If you know someone that is also attending the Retreat (AWESOME), we can assign you both to the same room, otherwise you will be sharing a room with another Self-Love Queen. Room assignments will take place in April 2022. Private room pricing available upon request. **June 5th is a travel day and you will be responsible for your meals. June 9th is a partial travel day and we will provide breakfast and all other meals you are responsible for. If you decide to travel by plane, we recommend flying to Phoenix, AZ and then taking a shuttle or renting a car to travel to the Amara Resort which is approximately a 2 hour trip. In an effort to keep all of our Sister Queens safe while they experience the Retreat, all Retreat participants will be required to produce a negative COVID test 3 days prior to traveling to the Retreat. Your test will be kept in the strictest of confidence. REFUND POLICY There will not be refunds issued for the Self-Love Retreat, however, if you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your registration to another participant. This option may not be available if deposits have been paid. Transfers must be completed and fully paid by April 30th. CANCELLATION POLICY We do not anticipate the event being cancelled for any reason however, if the host cancels the retreat for any non COVID related circumstances, we offer you a full refund and a credit for your non-refundable deposit. If we must postpone your retreat due to COVID or COVID travel restrictions, we will transfer and apply your registration payments to the rescheduled retreat. A MESSAGE REGARDING COVID-19 No one books a retreat with the intention of cancelling it, but unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance. All participant are required to read and understand our cancellation policies. If the retreat has to be postponed based COVID travel restrictions all payment credits will be held and issued for the postponement date. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the retreat, or for arriving late or leaving early. We recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance. We encourage you to purchase trip cancellation insurance in order that your trip fees will be covered should you or your family have a medical problem prior to your trip or while on the trip. Trip insurance should also be purchased to cover medical expenses in the event you have an accident while on the retreat. Most travel insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.
