Our Kaizen Seminar Series will focus on the 6 pillars that can help invigorate you for Long, Healthy and Happy Aging: Kaizen means in Japanese "Change for the Better"! KAIZEN HEALTHY AGING SEMINAR / MOVEMENT In-Studio Day Retreat in the beautiful North Scottsdale, Arizona! Please join us in a day for you to immerse yourself in a day of self-care, gain a better understanding of the natural aging process and how you can optimize your body and mind with movement and mindfulness for your health and happy aging! Dr Cheri Hodges, a physical therapist with over three decades of experience as a movement and pain specialist, will share information about the normal aging process and what specific movements are especially important to maintain mobility and eliminate pain. Harumi, a yoga and mindfulness teacher with her decades of experience will engage participants in active movements and mindfulness activities enhancing your ability to connect your mind and body for your over all well-being. All levels of fitness and yoga experience are welcome to participate in this seminar. This Seminar is limited to 8 participants to allow for individualized instruction. By the end of the seminar, all participants will have an individualized Kaiezen plan for daily movements and mindfulness activities to continue on their journey towards healthy and happy aging.
