Police are investigating after a 31-year-old man was shot in the buttocks on Saturday in Coral Springs. They say the suspect is at large, but have not provided information about the suspect. Over 80 Companies will be interviewing for over 5,000 positions at a mega job fair in Sunrise on Thursday, October 28th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Job seekers should come in professional attire, bring multiple resume copies, and have a pitch ready. Masks are required and hand shaking is discouraged. (WSVN) 3. Building Safety Concerns: Construction of a 47-floor luxury high-rise condo in Brickell has neighbors concerned about the safety of their buildings surrounding the site. Neighbors say they are concerned about "becoming the next Surfside" as the site has already flooded before. (NBC Miami) 4. Captain Javier Ortiz has been suspended with pay for the third time in his 17-year career with the Miami Police Department as an internal investigation unfolds, according to reports. THe Miami Herald says Miami City Manager Art Noriega wouldn't disclose the reason for the internal investigation. (Patch Miami) 5. An edible art installation called Miami Sweet is now open at Aventura Mall. There are 12 different rooms to explore that each have their own theme. Each room took hours to complete and offers guests candy to consume as their enjoy. It is open now through February 2022 and tickets cost $29. Admission is for kids 3 and under.
