Scarecrow Contest Saturday October 23rd Crystal Lake was from 8am to 10:30 with Scarecrow Assembly And Installation. The Drive thru Trick or Treat was from 11am to 2pm with 40 stops with candy and entertainment as they looped through the Crystal Lake parking lot.
