Watsonville based construction company Avalon Structural, Inc. specializing in foundation repair, foundations, and retaining walls seeking individuals that are hard working and dependable. We work in Santa Cruz, Monterey, and Santa Clara counties. Positions Open 1. Driver-laborer. We are looking for people to drive company trucks to the job and to work on the job. 2. Laborer. We are also looking for general laborers. Pay 1. Driver-laborer $19.00 - $23.00 per hour to start, depending on experience and status of license. 2. Laborer $17.00 - $21.00 per hour to start, depending on experience. Qualifications 1. No court obligations. (Do not apply if you need to show up in court other than custody appearances). 2. Strong work ethic, sociable, responsible. 3. Healthy, physically fit, strong, and able to perform construction work. 4. Drug free. 5. No alcohol problems (do not apply if you must drink daily). 6. Have dependable transportation with auto insurance. 7. No gang affiliation. 8. Able to read and understand English. 9. If applying to be a driver-laborer, no DUI within the last four years.
