How come every criticism of Biden is answered with a reference to Trump? Trump is no longer president. He's gone. I've gotten over it. You democrats need to get over it an move on too. You are right about one thing. It is not Biden's or Newsom's job to manage our ports, but they are in the regulations that they put in place. Businesses in California are regulated far beyond other states and far beyond reason. Biden and Newsom are "managing" to kick every business out of the state, and they are doing a good job of that. If they really want to help, just get the hell out of the way! I can't wait for midterm elections! It is not Joe Biden's job to manage our ports. Every port in CA ia PRIVATELY owned. Joe Biden and Gavin Newsom are trying to help out despite the fact that this is a private sector problem. You cannot tell me the situation would be any better if Trump was in office. Trump would ignore the freighter backlog just as he ignored the wildfires in CA. Because CA did not vote for him. Pouty Trump only helps people who kiss his ass.
