Press release from the Greater Shreveport Chamber of Commerce: Carole Bennett 10/22/2021 Company officials announced today that Maxim Watermakers has been awarded a contract for the supply of the Seawater Reverse Osmosis Systems and the High Purity Reverse Osmosis Unit and a separate contract for the supply of the Electronic Cooling Water Demineralizer Assemblies for the Constellation-Class Frigates. Brian Hebert, President of Maxim Watermakers, said "Maxim is committed to the U.S. Navy and our shipyard partner, Fincantieri Marinette Marine. We are honored to have this opportunity to serve the United States Navy as an equipment manufacturer for another class of Navy ships." Maxim specializes in the manufacture of water purification equipment utilizing a broad range of water treatment technologies. Maxim designs and manufactures fresh water generators, including distilling plants, seawater reverse osmosis systems, and high purity reverse osmosis units.
