By Sarah Kuper, WNIN Oct. 22, 2021 Evansville Water and Sewer customers may be wondering when they can expect their monthly statements to arrive. WNIN's Sarah Kuper has more on the reason some customers haven't received their statements. For those who sit down monthly to pay bills by writing checks and mailing envelopes, EWSU users may notice a bill missing from the stack. The utility company says a change in their mail distribution system has delayed paper bills. EWSU will not charge late fee or shut off services because of the delay. Customers who use the MyWater EWSU online portal or the mobile phone app are not experiencing the delay. The utility is working to resolve the issue and says they are working with customers impacted.
