I am looking to Hire on someone full-time for handyman type work with Advanced skills in plumbing. Must have experience in installing water heaters, gas or electric, replacing / repairing all aspects of existing plumbing and fixtures and clearing drains. Must be available 24/7 for emergency calls unless we otherwise agree that you have to have off ahead of Time. Must have transportation and basic tools.
