Culver City Crossroads October 21, 2021 Trick or Treat in Downtown Culver City Sunday, October 24th, 4-6pm. Bring the whole family to Downtown Culver City on Sunday, October 24th for our annual Hip & Historic Halloween. Put on your costumes and stroll through Downtown with your friends and neighbors – getting treats from participating businesses as you go! Be sure to snap a selfie with your little Spidermen and Wonder Women and tag @dtculvercity so we can share your photos on Instagram and Facebook. Special 'augmented reality' postcards of the Lion Fountain will be available to celebrate the return of the fountain! Beloved Town Plaza sculpture The Lion's Fountain by Douglas Olmsted Freeman is newly restored with a special addition – a shiny stainless steel sphere under the left paw. The City's Cultural Affairs Division is giving away magical postcards of the lion with an AR (augmented reality) feature, available at the Hip & Historic Halloween event from 4pm. As the sun goes down, enjoy family friendly dinner specials at your favorite Downtown restaurants and perhaps shop for a special treat for yourself.
