Description
I am rehoming my Crimson Madagascar Giant Day Gecko with his custom habitat. Bubbles has been a free range house gecko nearly all his life, he’s about 2. Once he was big enough to escape his original cage he did just that, and lived happily on the walls eating any bugs that would wonder in, as well as supplemental feedings of crickets and jelly pots/honey/orange/mango.. in other words he’s a big happy gecko. A few months ago I moved him into this custom enclosure I made out of a hardwood hutch. He MUST go with this enclosure unless you have something bigger. Being a free gecko he can’t be stuffed into anything smaller than his current home. It’s very nice to look at, inside are Staghorn ferns, a white Birds of Paradise, a neon pathos, and various climbing branches. The upper front glass panels on the doors have been replaced with outdoor rubber screen, (the original glass panels will come with it). The top has been fitted with a metal screen, screwed into place for lights. The top right flared rail is missing but is not really noticeable when it’s positioned right. If you’re looking for a beautiful addition to your house and an endlessly entertaining gecko friend who lives inside, this set up is for you. (Although,, he may try to sell you car insurance from time to time..)
Again, I will not separate the gecko from his enclosure unless you have a bigger & better one, and can prove it.
The hutch habitat measurements are-
70in tall
14in deep
31in wide
Bubbles himself is about 8in long. Never been injured or dropped his tail.
REHOMING — 240
