Press release from the City of Dacula: October 22, 2021 GWINNETT TO REROUTE TRAFFIC FOR WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENTS ON FRANKLIN DRIVE The Gwinnett Department of Water Resources will be conducting water main improvements along Franklin Drive. The contractor will close Franklin Drive between Winder Highway and Tanner Road starting Monday, November 1, 2021 to through traffic. Road closure will continue for approximately 6 – 8 weeks, weather permitting. Motorist are encouraged to follow the detour signs directing traffic to use Harbins Road as an alternate route.   This press release was produced by the City of Dacula.
