Semi-retired Music Teacher seeks Female Lead/Musicians Remote Colab

Description

I'm open to almost any progressive, symphonic, folk metal collaborations (via Bandlab or Skype) but my personal project requires a female lead vocalist capable of or willing to learn lyrical, theatrical, operatic and growl styles. I have two song cycles ("rock operas", ala Rocky Horror and Repo) with songs that can be mixed for stage shows as well as arranged in their intended format for "Broadway the hard way" musicals and film. For everyone involved I seek people (male or female) who are versatile and creative. Virtuosity is definitely a plus but I tend to avoid those classically trained individuals who can do noting but "copy". Other influences are welcome but my current goals will be a mix of Spiritbox, The Agonost, Amaranthe, Nightwish and Blackmore's Night styles. I play guitar (classical, 6 string electric modeling, 7 string electric) and a 15 string Renaissance lute but I'm not the shredder I used to be. I'd DEFINITELY like to work with a very fast guitarist who knows his scales and modes (which I can teach for my original music, of course). Same with keys. I have a keyboard but I'm no Liberace. Still, I can definitely provide ambience and leads enough for this project with over 20gb of editable samples. I'm also using the free but very versatile Cakewalk for recording and programming so I can fill in any missing intstruments (drums, basses, etc, etc) we don't have actual players for. I'm in a COVID free sequested inhouse program and, at my age, I will definitely want to work remotely. However I will be looking for a living situation with fellow like minded 420 friendly musicians early next year. These have been the main reason my previous most successful acts became that way, from garage band (when one guy lived in the garage!) to road shows where we could practice (and party!) almost daily. If you've read this far, thank you...and congratuations! You're just the type of person I'd like to hear from...let's talk!
