Maine Coon Re-home

Description

Male Maine Coon cat needs to be re-homed due to cat allergy in foster family. I am the current foster mom. He is about 6 years old. He has a residual balance problem (feline vestibular disorder), which my vet explained was due to the horrible flea infestation he had when he was found abandoned in an apartment complex March 31, 2020. His flea med is up to date. His vaccines were last given by ARCSRQ on September 28, 2020 (paid for by the rescue agency). He is great with my dog, and was tolerant of a previous room mate's cats. I will provide whatever canned cat food I have left over as well as his dry cat food and his bed. He eats Friskies brand of seafood variety mixes. He is accustomed to sharing a bed with my dog and me. He is strictly an indoor only cat. He seems to have spatial depth problems, even though he sees. I say this because he diligently tries to cover his poop but he misses the pile entirely. Instead, he paws at the edge of the litter box. He has a "deformity" of one paw due to an old wound between his toes which reopens occasionally. When it reopens, he has a few pink paw prints. My vet glued the wound several months ago, and told me that it would reopen whenever he scratches a hard surface. So I simply wash his pillowcase as needed. Since he is a foster, he will need to be released by the foster agency. I do not own this cat, but I've been fostering him for 18 months. Please help! Thank you for reading this.
