Hello I am a jazz musician living in Seattle. In the beginning off 2020 my successful private event band was abruptly put out of business by the lockdowns in WA State. Since then I have mostly been busking. But now they are tightening the screws and making it illegal for people to go into any entertainment venue or restaurant without proof of vaccination. I will NEVER let them put that poison on my body. So I am looking at relocating somewhere I can ply my trade again.I was hoping some of my fellow musicians in Florida could help me gather some information to help me figure out where to go. Here are my questions and thank you in advance for any help you can give. 1) Is busking legal in Miami or Miami Beach? Elsewhere in Florida? 2) If not, are the laws enforced? 3) If it is, is it worth it? 4) Do bars and restaraunts ofyen require proof of vaccination to go inside? 5) Do retirement communities generally require proof of vaccination or PCR tests to perform there? 6) Are vanlifers tolerated in Miami?
