On 10/19 I found a terrified kitty who, after reviewing ring camera footage, been frozen in fear for 3 hours across the street from my home. Young, no chip, not spayed/neutered. Sweetest kitty. Came from someone's home that morning for sure. I could smell the perfume or air freshener on it. Very clean, no fleas, well taken care of. Found on Mondale Ave between Reagan and Presidential Ave.
