Welding/Sandblasting needed

I have a mason specialist working on adding some stone to my cement steps, and I ripped out this antique railing recently. It needs new pegs/brackets on the bottom so that it can be anchored to the new stairs, and the upper back end tabs should be ground off because they don’t match up with the wooden railing anymore. Then I would like it sandblasted so that I can put a new coat of paint on it. If you have a powder coater we can discuss throwing paint in the gig too.
