Hi! We are a family of 3,my boyfriend, my daughter and I. We moved back here to Oxnard last year after being away for 3 years. We we're able to find a small apartment we would use as a stepping stone to get into a bigger place. Well, it's been a year here & this place is only 350sq ft. With the 3 of,our daughter now almost 4 years old, we really need a bigger apartment. Even 800sq ft will feel better. We are steady and stable, really ready to move from this area and apartment. We are genuine, honest and clean tenants. Minimal, quiet & courteous of neighbors. We have rental references if needed. Our income is limiting us greatly to options. Our income goes up and down due to seasons. We can explain more in detail to those willing to give us a chance. Great tenants here waiting for a great landlord :D !
