Need help with impound fee

Need a helping hand to try to be able to get my truck out of impound, I was trying to help someone last night that potentially had to go to the hospital, and in the process of that my truck was towed and I been trying to figure it out and get the money but I have had no luck at all and I have tried to contact as many people and Organizations as I could but they were sadly not open today. If anyone would be willing to help I would be more than appreciative for any help thank you and God bless
