IT IS LAZY BOY. It's almost brand new. Moved here from NC and has been in a storage unit ever since. Ladies & Gentlemen...... This is the real deal and its in pristine condition and is VERY comfortable sitting and as far as sleeping( as with most sleeper sofas) I recomed getting like a downs cover or something similar that goes over the mattress, you can't even tre tell it's a pull out then.
