A+ Staffing, a special event staffing agency, is now hiring charismatic, motivated, responsible, and experienced catering teams (servers and bartenders) for various events in Austin and surrounding areas on Saturday, November 6 from 1 pm - 12 am (shift times vary depending on location). Ideal candidates will have experience working in the restaurant industry and committed to delivering superior hospitality and customer service. PAY: $20/hr paid weekly by direct deposit Waitstaff will be responsible for setting tables, serving food for a plated dinner, pouring wine, clearing food from the tables, and breakdown. Bartenders are responsible for preparing alcohol or non-alcohol beverages, confirming legal drinking age and maintaining a clean work environment. SHIFTS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE: Saturday, November 6 from 1 pm - 12 am (shift times vary depending on location). QUALIFICATIONS: · Maintaining an upbeat and positive attitude throughout the event · Take directives well and accomplish tasks with a sense of urgency · Previous restaurant experience · Basic wine, beer, and liquor knowledge · Basic food safety and food allergy knowledge · The willingness to take initiative and be a team player · Attention to cleanliness and safety · High level of stamina to work feet for extended periods and the ability to do some moderate lifting BASIC REQUIREMENTS: · Must have a valid TABC Certification (*bartenders) · Must have a Food Handler Certification or willing to get one · Must have reliable transportation · Must be 18 years of age or older · Must be able to pass a background check · Must have a working cell phone (any provider is fine) · Excellent knowledge of food, drink, and service · Ability to stand for long periods of time If interested and available on Saturday 11/6, reply with your full name, phone number, email and a recruiter will reach out for a video interview.
