We are a real estate investment and consulting company seeking a local handyman with good carpenter skills for select investment properties in Alabama. Must have references and good carpentry skills to perform mitered cuts on countertops and backsplashes. ( install appx. 40 lin. ft. kitchen countertop (laminated) and backsplash with drop in sink, install range hood and attach necessary plumbing to faucet. All materials furnished. Pay is $40 per hour based on a budgeted daily flat rate for each total project performed. Direct deposit on Friday by payroll service or cash app including Zelle and Venmo.
