We are an e-commerce small family business located in Chula Vista, California. We specialize in handmade wood flowers. The Role: Shipping Associate Employment Type: Part-Time / Full-Time Main Responsibilities Include: - Package daily online orders by choosing the correct box size - Use shipping software (e.g., ShippingEasy, Shipstation, etc.) to print shipping labels for each order - Check and restock inventory, receive shipments, and keep a neat and organized work station Other Responsibilities: - Pick, confirm, and pack daily orders - Inspect products for defects and damages - Communicate any issues related to products with the management team - Perform other general warehouse duties as needed Requirements: - Excellent attention to order details - Must have intermediate computer skills - Experience with any shipping software - Must be responsible, hardworking, trustworthy and organized - Moderate ability to speak, read and write in English - Ability to stand, bend, reach and lift light boxes (3-10 lbs) during entire shift Please send us your resume if you're interested.
