Large property management company currently seeking to fulfill 2 positions. The first position is a general cleaning position. Duties would include move-out cleaning, and up-keep on vacant properties that are being prepared for new tenants ( vacuuming, wiping down countertops, etc) No experience is required, training will be given. The second position is for handyman services. This position requires knowledge of small household repairs. This includes changing lightbulbs, switch plate replacement, small plumbing issues such as under sink leaks, replacing garbage disposals, small painting jobs or patching small holes.
