Retired couple in 55 + community searching for a smaller dog ( probably not over 30 pounds) that needs a really loving home. Would prefer at least a year old and must be cat friendly. Mixed breed is fine, some breeds not allowed where we live. We will know the perfect fur baby when we meet him or her. Have been checking all dog rescues in nearby areas but so far have come up empty.
